Willow Knoll Parking Association

The Parking Association is currently accepting members to anyone who has not already signed up.  Please navigate to the "join" tab to sign up.

Reserved parking is identified by corresponding house numbers in the parking spaces. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed by Glenn's Towing. 

Rules and Regulations

1. Parking spaces are assigned in accordance with the Parking Plans.


2. Members agree to park within their designated spaces and direct their guests to park in said spaces or unmarked overflow spaces.

3. Members agree to park anywhere within the Willow Knoll development, only fully operable, inspected, and registered four-wheel passenger vehicles, motorcycles, and standard bicycles. No recreational vehicles, vans (other than non-commercial passenger vans), mobile homes, trailers, boats or trucks (unless licensed as a passenger vehicle and less than three-quarter-ton capacity) shall be permitted to be parked within the designated parking spaces. Commercial vehicles, (whether or not registered with the State Department of Transportation) used in conjunction with repairs, maintenance or construction work on a unit shall be permitted in a unit’s designated parking space on a day-to-day temporary basis.

4. Members agree to remove snow and ice from their parking space and ensure removed snow and ice is not placed in any other parking spaces.



5. Members agree not to alter the parking spaces in any way, this includes unauthorized numbering. The members must keep the numbers visible and if they become worn to the degree that they are no longer visible, the association must be notified.

6. It is the responsibility of the members to ensure parking spaces on their property, regardless of parking space assignment are free from debris or obstructions.

7. A member of the board will contact the towing agency for the removal of unauthorized vehicles parked in designated parking spaces. The cost of towing and storage shall be paid by the owner of the unauthorized vehicle.

8. Towed vehicles not picked up from tow company within 2 weeks are considered “abandoned vehicles” and will be disposed of by the towing company.

9. Violation of these or any future Homeowner Association rules may result in member removal from the association with no refund.
